Careless attitude and unresponsiveness of service centres

I have been using IFB since 1990, and have had always difficulty in getting adequate response from the service centres authorised by IFB. This time too, my complaint no 3312234, registered on 29th july is still not responded. The personel at chembur, mumbai service centre dont respond properly. Have been calling daily. i was under their AMC last year, when i complained of my machine vibrating. they sent different mechanics every now and then to correct it, Thay al failed to do it, because of which now my machine leaks. when called this year they ask me to renew the contract and above that pay for the tub which needs changing!!! My contention is that since the past complaint of my machine vibrating is still not solved and because of which the leak started, why should i pay? Their mechanic Mr Farhan, thier incharge Mr Kumar and MR manjunath have been promising to help, but just dont respond!!
