Ought machine from Dawar International Electronics PVT Ltd%th July .chasis no 000906 Serena Machine stopped working in 20 days. Made complain next day. Person came and checked in 48 hrs and told that tom he will get the part and come.

after 10 days I called what happened, person gave me the information that there was a fire in our warehouse so it is taking time In 2 days problem will solved.

then again on 4th of August i called, they gave me the number of Bijesh Saxena-who is not picking up phone and again fresh complain put.

everyday i am calling nobody is giving the correct info. yesterday fresh complain i lodged again.complain no3390041
