Poor Service during AMC

I have taken this year's AMC from 29/06/09 and I reported a complaint on the heater not working from June onwards. every time I book the same complaint to the customer care toll free number, a new service person will come to my home and ask 'what is the problem mam, I have come to have a look at it'. after opening the machine, he will leave saying that he will bring the spare part the next day. he will never return. Once again I will remind the customer care for not attending the complaint and the next person comes to my home asking 'mam what is the problem? ' A minimum of 4 different service persons have been sent for attending the same complaint booked on 16th August. still the problem is not solved. Apart from the service persons coming, I have received calls from persons saying that they are from IFB service These service persons will first make a call at 11.00AM saying that he wishes to attend the service call and I would inform him to come after 5 PM . The next day another person calls up asking the same question. Still the problem is not solved.
I think the chennai, thiruvanmiyur branch is running a very good business by having incompetent service persons and with telephone alone they run the service business.
this needs to be stopped and I wish the consumer forum will take necessary steps to curb this low profiled service branch of IFB and compensate the loss and harassement the service branch of IFB has done to me.
kindly ask the branch to return the money paid for AMC as they are not able to service the equipment
