IFB Washing Machine Elena DX 5.5 Kg.

I purchased a new IFB Washing Machine model WFELNDX S/No.061712 from a prominent shop M/s. Melamparampil Agencies in Thiruvalla, Kerala and Invoice No. PNA545 on the 11th of September (Friday) by paying a total amount of Rs.16, 400 and advised me that IFB personnel will come and install the machine. Sir, till today (16-9 Wednesday) no body has come to install the machine. Upon raising the issue to the shop, they said that they informed IFB and pending their action.

Highly appreciate, if you could advise me what to do next.
