Contract date 28 Feb 08 vide receipt cum invoice No 9027 (Contract valid till 21 Feb).

I had rung up tele No 3064720 at Chandigarh for reporting about poor performance/service requirement and was asked to contact Mr Govinder (Area Incharge) on Mob No 9216764589 who was spoken to for more than 3 minutes at 1021h on 27 Oct 09. The latter was informed about the problem and also told that the Call Centre No 39004321 was not contactable even with code 0172. He promised to revert back but has failed to take any action.
