Lack of satisfaction

One of the major part of the machine made of rubber was missing and was fixed after a period of about two months of repeatative complaints made to the toll free IFB service station and local service station here in baroda. The main problem is that a part of the inner machine is geting banged with the outer covering of the machine.

Nothing satisfactory is done by the company towards the complain. we fear we will have a majour problem with the machine and we will be helplless towards the waranty of the machine. we have also written in the complaint box given in the document to be signed by us.

requesting you to help us it the matter as soon as possible to make the best use of our machine and not loose our right to avail the waranty granted by the company.
