Washing machine not working

1. Washing machine is not taking water inside the machine in its switch position B, C, and D.

2. Waching machine is vibrating abnormally while spinning and often move away from its position.

The machine is covered under AMC. Customer care number "18604255678" could not be connected to get the fault registerered. The customer care number is broadcasting pre-recorded message which glorifies IFB products and going on glorifying its products at the cost of customers and does not give required instructive message such as "your are in Q - Please wait", etc. I am tired of contacting service personnel through customer care Number 18604255678. Local dealers, on contacting, simply advise us to register the fault-service through the customer care number which is not at all customer care number but an advertising source for IFB products at customers' expenses.
