I have an AMC for my IFB washing machine. I gave a complaint on Monday October 20 for my IFB washing machine. I was give a ticket number 2318576 and was informed that within 48 hours my call will be attended to. Today on the 5th day and after several calls to the IFB toll free number 19014255678 and directly to the service centre (contact number 9324950251) no one has attended to my problem. This is inspite of having an AMC with the Company. Please help I just don't know what to do.
