Washing machine not working

I have an IFB washing machine .machine is not working since last 6mths I have called customer care of IFB 100 times they always say within this week their engineer will come. NO ONE HAS COME SINCE LAST 6 MTHS THEY ARE NOT EVEN SAYING THE REASON WHY CANT ANYONE COME EVERYTIME WE CALL THEY SAY ENGINEER WILL COME WITHIN A WEEK
