Clothes torn

Sir/Madam,

I had purchased a washing m/c on 19/11 after few days while operating i found some clothes torn in m/c so call ur technician. I am very sorry to say that ur technician turn up after 3 months that too after several calls.

Now i am again facing same problem from since dec but after calling ur helpline number, local disributor, ur panjim office nobody had visited as yet.

Just want to know y u r not sending ur technician? are u waiting for the warranty to get over?

If same problem will continue i would suggest ul to give replacement.
