Defective washer Drum, defective lock

I purchased IFB Washing Machine Elena 5kg from Gaurav Refrigeration Centre, Station Road, Chandausi vide Bill No. 1968 dated 23-6-07. The machine had a manufacturing defect and was replaced. The second machine arrived in bad condition and I refused to accept it. A third machine was deliverd in end of September. The drum of the machine was not moving and made a screeching noise, which they repaired. But still the drum has dents in it and is not fitting snugly in its place. The door was not locking and they repaired the lock but the lock is still defective and I have sent several reminders on phone and through the net. The whole process is taking so much time and I have faced lot of botheration for one year and four months and the problem still remains unsloved. I want to return the machine and get my money back, which is Rs 15, 590/- plus interest and damages. This will come to around Rs 10, 000/-. Kindly take immediate action and send an early reply.
