IFB Washing Machine ELENA
Non attendance of compliants

We are using an IFB ELENA model washing machine and are now facing some problem in its working. We registered the complaints to the dealer but remained unanswered. We tried on the cell no.(9335249356) provided for complaints but again obtained no response. Last week one of their person some Mr. Iqbal (9336666965) came down for the inspection but rather solving the damned problem he broke down some part of the machine and the machine has stopped functioning. We would like you to please take actions on the problem placed down to you.
