Very good products if it is in working condition.

Very bad after sales service now.

Very greedy franchisees.

AMC - just for fleecing customers - not binding to service.

It is amazing that the top management is not interested in solving the service issues.

I have discarded my Executive model today the 19th June and purchased a washing machine of another company.
