I have bought IFB Washing Machine on 30th November. The person who came for demo said that some parts are missing in the machine. I have requested the dealer to replace the machine immediately but now he is making excuses and not doing the job. I am in real trouble as its been more than 5 days. Please let me know how it will be replaced, through company or dealer.
