IFB Wont attend Service call in warranty Period

I have bought a Top load washing machine 6 months ago. within weeks it happened not working correctly and i called service center more than 10 times and they attend the call after 15 days. He repaired it with a cardboard paper instead of using original spare.

Now again complaint came and they are not servicing it. So I suggest to buy IFB washing machine only after consulting with existing customers about their service.
