Cancellation of car insurance but not getting preum back

Respected sir,

I am Jatin G Shah from Jamnagar, gujarat, india. I brought a used car ford icon petro car no-GJ-1-HF-4616 from vijay bhai patel and taken a full insurance from iffco tokio car insurance-atul finance jamnagar. After 5-6 days I exchanged the car from broker and brought ford icon desel car. I went to iffco tokio office and disscussed about to cancell the old insurance of ford icon petrol and take the new insurance of ford icon desel. SO, the manager told me now pay new premium for desel car and we will proceed for cancellation of your ford icon -GJ-1-HF-4616 CAR and u will get your premium back within 5-6 days. But till 15 days he has not submitted the old car cancellation requst and continuos telling me lies that u will get your premium back.
