Not received of grade card & provisional certificate

Dear Sir,

I got my Masters In Tourism Management result from the internet more then one month ago but still i haven't received the original Grade Card & Provisional Certificate. I am due to appear for an interview in the 1st week of the next month for the post of Assistant Tourist Information Officer. Without the MTM grade card & certificate it would be of no gain for me to attend the interview, as a passing of this test is one of the prerequisite for the job. Therefore I would kindly request you to look into the matter and direct the concerned office to send it as early as possible in the below-given address.
