Fed up with automated call

Hi sir,

My name is Ram Gopal Soni. I am pursuing MS (IS) from IIIT - Allahabd. I am very much fed up with automated calls by idea. please disable this feature for my cell number. I have tried to contact with customer care but when i dialed 123 or 12345, there is no option to talk to customer care. please deactivate this feature from my cell number as soon as possible. otherwise i have to change my SIM. please look into the matter with personal interest and come out with a solution.

I will be highly obliged for that.

curiously waiting for your response considering as a solution for my problem.
