REFUND PROCESS OF DD

Sir,

I (SAURABH UTTAM)’ve made DD in the Favour of “ABV – IIIT Training Program, Gwalior ” for an amount of (Rs.8900/- ) numbered (DD no.- 716518) dated 17th Jan from BANK OF BARODA, Rawatpur Gaon, Kanpur-208019 (U.P).

I Posted it via SPEED POST (INDIAN POST OFFICE) Badda Chauhara Kanpur Branch numbered (EU426821503IN) dated 18th Jan

The Post had been Received at IIT Gwalior on 20th Jan as Information Provided from the Concerned Post Office of IIIT Gwalior.

The concerned Authorities of IIIT Gwalior have said that they have not received letter numbered (EU426821503IN).

They are now denying to co-operate with me regarding my Problem and I’ve stiffed Financial Problem and they said too that in order to refund the whole amount they are saying that I’ve to take the responsibility for the same.

Now the Problem is that I want that DD to be Cancelled but the Authorities there are not giving any Information and THE BANK MANAGER here at Kanpur says that In ORDER to Cancel The DD and for refunding the amount I’ve to Make a Statement from the Court that “ It has not been received at IIIT Gwalior ”.

They (Authorities at IIIT) are not giving me any Written Statement for the Same.

So, I request you to Take action against them and provide me with the Right Judgement,

Kindly Proceed for my Complaint so that the Amount could be refunded.
