NO Proper Information

I am trying to get an Airtel Broad Band connection since last week in Electronics City, Bangalore, 9 July.

Today is monday and till now after repeated reminders to the Customer care at 080 44444121 & 121, but to no avail. Is there any direct contact person to whom we can communicate to, so that the Wireless Network can be provided to us As soon As possible? Or what is the exact procedure to obtain the Net connection in Electronics City??
