Carelessness of idea customer care people

Dear friends,

Spice recently got converted to Idea (Yes, spice is not idea in karnataka). The service of idea right now is not only bad, their customer care services are hopeless too.

I am facing this problem of GPRS getting activated without my activating it manually. When I complained to idea they gave me complaint ticket number and told me that they will get back to me. I have been regularly calling them from the past 20 days but I haven't got any ve reply from them. They have been telling me that they will get back, but they never did. This is costing me in terms of my balance getting deduct 24/- everyday.
