Respected Sir,

This is to inform you that I, Saurabh Sehgal resident of First Floor, KD-126, M.I.G Flats Pitam Pura Delhi 88 staying from past 21 Years at the same place.

Further, would like to bring into your notice that our neigbour Mr. sharma who is residing on Third Floor, KD-126 M.I.G flats Pitam Pura Delhi-88 has demolished all the Cemented tanks from the Third floor terrace which is provided by DDA, they have replaced the cemented tanks by the Plastic tanks and put it on the Mumty without taking any consent/approval from the respective neighbours.

After gviing repetitive reminders to them as it is not at all safe to put water tanks on the staircase Mumty they haven't take any initiative till date.

Being an Architect register to MCD, number MCD/H.Tax/Dip/04/107 for the property tax had alreday warned agianst the action but nothing came out of it yet.

Therefore Requested you to kindly take necessary action so that the tanks should be installed at there original position or appropiate place.
