No proper service during warranty period

I have bought a mobile phone, Brand name "i-mate"model SP5m. IMEI 356297008554653. But with in 6 months it creats following problem.

1. Frequent Hang over

2. Whenever I removed the battery the mobile time automatically reset.

3.Joy stick is not working properly.

I handed over my phone to imate service centre (Chennai, India), (Job order no 430, Dt 14/11) they forwaded my mobile to Bangalore for service. I received my mobile after 4 days, but the above mentioned problems are still persist, they simply reinstalled OS, not solving any other problem. As well as they have created a new problem in my mobile that the ON/OFF button of my mobile is not fixed properly. So, I'm very much disappointment. KIndly do the needfull. Take care customers' expectations.

Till date (6-12) nearly 22days, my mobile under epair in service centre itself.
