WRONG IMEI

Hi

I have Purchased one Imate pdal mobile from the imate centre and it become unoperational due to wrong imei number given by imate and till date it has not been rectified

there is no reponse from imate office in delhi and we are not able to reach anyone in imate

kindly get it resolved
