Worst service of Kaiser telecom - Mumbai

I had a problem with the volume buttons of my Imate Jama (IMEI 355313010127924). I gave my mobile to the "Kaiser Telecom" the authorised service center for IMATE in mumbai on 27th September. I had called them 3 times as it was 2 months from the date i handover my mobile to the service center but on 7th november when i called them up and asked for the reason why they havent looked in my issue they misbehaved and spoke very rudely to me and said do whatever u want to do we dont care. I went there and took my mobile back from them. I made a mistake of not checking the mobile at that time and when i reached home the mobile was not in a working condition. the service center "Kaiser Telecom" says that the mother board needs to replace which will cost me 3000 Rs. I was surprised because when i gave my mobile to the service center it was in working condition and they noted down a complain of volume switch. I have a doubt that they have done something wrong with my mobile after my argument with them on 7th november.
