Epaired handset not recived

I have purchased imate jama through ICICI Credit card. Unfortunately the same suddenly stoped workingin 2 months hence it was sent to Compact International Mumbai immediately, for replacement or repair by courier on 11/4 at my own cost i.e. Rs.450/=.

I very much regret to inform u that, the said replacement is not received till date, in spite of contacting your office over phone several times (of which i carry all details). Whenever I contacted the office I was forced to wait for nearly half an hour and the replies were far from satisfactory.most of the time i was told thatits has been dispatched or that the systems were down..

It may please be noted that the instalment for the above purchase has already commenced from my credit card. In short

I’ m paying for the goods which is not with me but with you.

I HAD BOUGHT THE PHONE FOR MY CONVENIENCE, BUT ITS TO MY REGRETS ITS CAUSING SO MUCH INCONVENIENCE.

Simplicy, Convinience and Efficiency... REALY MAKES ME WONDER!!! 1
