I have been trying to login to my imint account for the past 3 months. I have forgotten my password. I click on 'Forgot Password ' and message is flashed that the password will be sent to my email id.
But no password is sent to my email id.
I again mail to Imint, but receive the same response.
This is happening for quite a long time
I do not know why the password is not being sent. I want to know which is the email id registered with imint (in case it is missplelt) and there is no reponse.
Some body please help.
This is creating a bad face for ICICI. I am not at all happy with the way Imint is providing service to its customers. We did not have such sort of problems with ICICI. Request ICICI Bank to take this up immediately with Imint.
