IMS Speed post
Non recipet of speed post

Ear Sir,

I had posted a very important transfer certificate document by IMS Speed Post on 11 Jul 09 New Mumbai from Kolkata. Unfortunately it has not reched the destined location and to add to my woes it seems to be non traceable even my the India Speed Post

Really don't know what to do next.

Please help if possible.
