Non-refund of hotel cancellation amount

I have reserved hotel Modi Inn Haridwar for one day (14-03) through Internet (Inasra.com) and cancelled the same at later date due to unforeseen circumstances. After lot of persuation they have promised to refund Rs.1819/- on 5-4. However they have failed to refund inspite of regular reminders.
