Income Tax refund not received

Dear Sir,

This is the second time I am filling the complaint against my Income Tax not received for the FY 2007 & FY 2008.

My PAN Card No is AOLPK0359P.

Reguest you to please do the needful at your earliest, As I am suffering from Spinal Cord problem, two operation already done, again I am suffering from this disease, but due to finaclcial problem I am unable to check up ourself.

After many visit in Lucknow Inome Tax department, there is no response only asurance.

Kindly process my refund as soon as possible.
