IT refund for year 2007

Still i have not got my IT refund of Rs 8000/- for the financal year 07 it was told me that i will be getting it with 6month. Already for 08 we have paid tax.

And more things... procedure followed for refund is horriable they are sending a letter says submitt the orginal Form16 now to Tax Department personally so that they can proced the forward in returning the refund.
