Income Tax Refund

I have filed my Income tax return on dated 06-06 vide acknowledgement no. 59310-1777 at Income Tax office, Jind (haryana). In my return I claimed refund of Rs 710 which I had not received till date. On enquiry it was found that my return has been processed with Nil. and I have been told that I will be receiving refund soon. but more than 3 months have passed and I have not received refund.
