Not received my Refund

Hi,

I had filed my Income Tax returns for the Assessment year 2009 (Financial Year 2008) on 6th June. I received my acknowledgement from Income Tax Department on 17-June. I am supposed to receive a Refund of Rs 45400. It is 14 months now and I have still not received my Refund. Please look into this and process my refund cheque at the earliest.
