Income Tax Return
IT Refund awaited

Dear Sir

I have not yet recieved the IT refund of the assesment year 2007. My details are as follows:

NAME: MANISH GUPTA

RECIEPT NO: 010512

PAN: ACVPG3205E

RANGE CODE: 51, FARIDABAD, HARAYANA

DATE OF SUBMISSION: 27th July

REFUND AMOUNT: 8415

From last two months I am in touch with the Assessing office Mr. Haldia available at 91-9818543440 but every time he ask to come for next week or give some time and could not handover the cheque. He has even confirmed that the cheque is ready but neither he is sending through post not ready to give on my hands.

Please help as I am asking for the year 2007 while people are start getting their refund for the year 2008.
