Income Tax Return
Return has not come for the year 2007 and 2008

Hello,

I have filed the IT Return in hyderabad on 16th December at Office of additional CIT, Range 11, 5th Floor, D Block, Income Tax Towers, A.O. GUARDS, Masab Tank, Opp: Mahaveer Hospital, Hyderabad -4, Receipt number : 1122013265 for the financial year 2007 and 2008. the amount due to me is Rs 35, 576/-

My PAN number: AUKPK 6440A

I have been following up with the department, when ever i visit them, they give lame excuses. recently, they said, cheque has been sent by speed post and given speedpost consignment number. I went to post office and they confirmed there was no such speedpost on their system.

It is been nearly one year and I still haven't got my returns.

I appreciate if you can help me getting the cheque or if you can advise me where i can escalate this matter.
