Complain regarding poor service in Online Shopping of Tuesday Tornado offe

Hi,

I had successfully placed a order of Tuesday Tornado offer with Order No-52964 as on 10-MARCH for the product Transcend 250 Store Jet. I was suppose to receive a mail but I have not received any reply from their end.

Today I have tried to call the customer care service at 18002091818.And they informed me that some other person is declared as the Winner of this offer. So IN.COM team will not be able to send me the actual deliverable.

I have never experience this kind of poor online shopping on offer experience. As there was only 1 piece of product on the offer so logically only 1 successful transaction should have been permitted.

But as per IN.COM customer care executive in their existing procedure they are permitting more than 1 successful transactions and from that you are picking up the winner order placement time.

From my previous experience in their online shopping site I am not going to believe that this the actual scenario. Because previously also whenever I have tried to shop on offered item (Tuesday or Friday offer) after the 1st successful transaction their website (www.shop.in.com) every time displayed a message that "The product is not available".

Now I have a strong believe that they are just making people to hit your website during the pick hours and thus they are earning the money.

I have the online receipt of successful order also. In the ideal scenario they should deliver me the product for which I had already successfully placed the order (Transcend 250 Store Jet).

Please help me
