Sir/Madam,

My income tax refund of Rs.3310/-for f.y. year 07 vide

PAN No. ADQPP3150K has not been credited in my SBI Bank

A/cNo. 10185866371 pertaining to State Bank of India,

Chandralok Building, Janpath Branch (MICR No.110002017)

through ECS since 17 oct to till date due to some data

dicrpency in the DBMS of IT system of Income Tax Deptt.

since the transaction record related to the aforesaid refund

transaction is held up in the system I shall be grateful to you if necessary action is taken to

release the refund transaction record and crediting rs. 3310/- into my above mentioned SBI Bank Savings A/C
