Non availability of regulators for aloting new gas connection

Dear Sir,

I am Murali krishna, i applied for new connection of 5th Aug, 09 in Swati Agencies, 129, V.R.Pillai street, Triplicane, Chennai -5. Here the staff are also not having any information when the regulators will come and when they will allot new gas connection. Could you please do the needed. I badly needed gas connection very urgently.
