Delay of LPG gas cylinde

Am a Lpg indane customer with etah saheed praveen kumar indain gas etah (UP), PIN 207001

&my consumer number is 2031 i have last booked for a refile on 7.1.09.I did not get my refile from Indane (Indian Oil Corporation) dealer.this is not the first time of inconveniance i face this problem many times & one more problem is that your dealer sb gas staff behaviour is also very bad with coustmers when they will go for booking or about inquery about refiling.he is not giving the waiting no.also &some time the cyclinder is not full when i got cross check &when i say to vendor that please so show me the wt. of cyclinder they will deny &say abuse word with the ladies.this time i can compliant your site that please it is a humble request to u that take some action.&please inform me on my mail id RANJANPACHAURI_2009@yahoo.in.& cell no.09412181940. this problem is not me this all consumer. u can see on dealer shop any office time.
