Leakage in cylender

I am an Indane LPG consumer with regn no.6539at 14 Moulana Azad park Soc. Opp Guj Agro. The cylender supplied by my distributor Kirti Gas Agency, Jivraj park, Vejalpur Ahmedabad is leaking. I have complained about it but there is no any result made yet. One man came and behaved very badly with the women present that time at home. He assured to change the cylender by tomorrow of 29-03. But till date, even after repeated requests my leaking cylender has not been replaced.
