Late supply of cylinders and less weight

We booked a cylender on 27/12 from Agnihotri gas service of NOIDA. My consumer number is 27148.

It is not yet delievered.

All the numbers of that service are busy or dont pick up the call.

They always try to give the cylender of lesser weight of about 25 or 26 kg rather than of 30 kg.
