Delay in supplying in Gas Cylinders

I (consumer no : 30066) have booked the gas cylinder on January 6 in Swathi Gas Agency, Triplicane, Chennai. Still now we have not received the gas cylinder. Its already 23 days..Till now there is no information regarding the delivery of Gas cylinder. No proper response is expected in this Gas Agency. Whenever call is made, a loud voice will only come stating it will be delivered. But we dont know, when it is going to be delivered.
