Ad distribution of LPG

I am a customer of Pushpagiri gas Agencies, Nalanchira, Thiruvananthapuram, South Kerala for the last two years. My consumer number is 19893. I wouldn’t get the LPG cylinder for a quite long time in due course. I got LPG cylinder once in 40 to 45 days. On 11th March I have booked for a cylinder with 2440 as the booking number. My billing is already in due on 11th April itself.. Even after repeated requests and personal approach, the agency delivered the LPG cylinder only on 20-4. Delay of 9 days. As and when contacting the agency for the last two weeks their reply was ridiculous to the customer and sometimes they said that there is a shortage of LPG. But other agencies are delivered the cylinder in proper time. On every day as I am eagerly waiting for getting the cylinder, I could not be able to go to my office. So I humbly request that necessary actions may be taken to deliver the cylinder in proper time.
