Disconection of gas connection

I applied for a gas allotment of gas connection from gurdaspur agency jail road gurdaspur (Punjab) on my request the said agency alloted a gas connection in my name. I visted the gas connection on date15-5-09 when i resend their the door of the office gas agency.the owner of the gas agency mis behave with and also cancled my gas connection which alleted previous alleted by the gas aggency owner.
