NON RECEIPT OF LPG CYLINDERS

I am having a Consumer No. KD15167 with the KARCO DISTRIBUTORS (Indane Gas Agency), 16 R N CHOWDHURY ROAD CALCUTTA--700015 I booked for Gas cylinder on 10.12.2007 booking no 5381with an assurance that the cylinder will be delivered within 7 working days. But the same has not been delivered till date (28-12). I have personally seen the delivery van distributing the same around the area.

I. They also harass me and ask to come time and again. They also do not respond when i ring up their telephone no 03323290205 or 03323290296.
