Very difficult to book a cylinde

Veena Gas services, Sarai Julena, New Delhi

It is next to impossible to book a cylinder at this gas agency. The phone no. is for ever set at "Dialled no. is busy. Dial again after some time."

I complained at the no. given on the receipt but the person in-charge simply refused to lodge a complaint saying that he was not authorized to do so.

If this is the case why is this no. printed on the receipt?
