Delay in delivery of cylinders

Dear Sirs,

Regret to inform you that your dealer in Gurgaon - M/s. Anand Enterprises, Old Railway Road, Gurgaon is not supplying the cylinder on time. Since last four years when I shifted Gurgaon and transferred the connection from Delhi to Anand Enterprises, Gurgaon, no delivery received on time. Always they supplied after 25-30 days and also they usually not take booking before 20 days. Sir, I am facing acute problem for not taking delivery on time, you are requested please to instruct the said dealer to improve the service.
