Non delivery of gas cylinde

My consumer number is 28931.I am a consumer sucheendra gas agency in Hennur. I have booked refill on 22/09.They are telling it will be taking 15 days to deliver. My booking number is 11.

We are fed up with the service of this gas agency. For clearing 11 customers why they are taking these many days. While delivering also they are not providing the bills also.
