Non delivery of gas

I have booked the gas on 1/10/ 2008 with johnson Gas Agencies, opp police line, Bathinda, code73-01-0334 and followed up again several times. Today is 7th October but i am waiting for Cylinder. I am calling the agency from last 3-4 days 3-4 time daily but always they tell that your cylinder is on the way and you are going to get it within 1-2 hours. I don't know what type of person have got the gas agency to provide this type of poor service to consumer.

I think black marketing is going on so we are facing this type of problems. Could you please enquire about it?
