Serious gas leakage safety negligence

I am a consumer of Arvind Gas Agency Sector 10 bhilai CG consumer no is 25447. After replacing a new cylender on 25-12 a serious gas leakage was observed which was immediately informed to the agency for rectification and for providing another cylender. the cylender was discunnected and kept outside. No one turned up for 4 hours. I was on vacation for 3 days 26, 27 and 28. today on 29th when contacted again at 8 am on one took the problem seriously including the agency owner Mr Dixit. till now i.e. 11.30 am on one has attended the complaint nor did sent spare cylender.this casual approach will lead to serious safety hazard.
